MUGICO
About MUGICO Arts
Mugico was born during the global quarantine, in the midst of a pandemic known to us all.
What began as a simple hobby for someone already familiar with painting and the gaming world quickly evolved into a creative passion.
This blend of skills and nostalgia became a way to express a deep love for classic games — a love rekindled while spending countless hours at home revisiting and dusting off a treasured collection of retro titles.

Behind the camera
The process has a high value.
Authenticity on the details
Every figure, statue, and collectible is meticulously hand-painted by an artist, using traditional techniques and tools to ensure an authentic, organic finish.
When you own a MUGICO creation, you’re not just getting a simple industrial figure, you’re holding a one-of-a-kind piece of art.

The importance of the colors
No basic colors are applied.
Always creating custom color mixes by eye to get the closest look as possible to the original references.
The study of the color of the figures made in MUGICO is very intense and it's a part of the process that I really enjoy, even if sometimes can be kind of frustrating.

High quality materials
MUGICO figures are full filled solid resin objects.
That results in very sturdy and heavy weight figures in your hands, which, for me, is a synonyms of quality.
Never 2 pieces will be exact
Handmade details make these pieces unique..!
Adding textures, sculpting, or any other process by hand automatically turns every piece of work into a unique
and exclusive piece in the world, and there will not be another identical one anywhere.

Taking the characters out of the screen to put them in the real world
What Mugico does is to literally bring to life the characters from the old video games, looking exactly as they looked in the past, in his original shape, without changing anything.
The most iconic and first revolutionary thing was the polygonal "in game" characters. These look very special in our natural environment. In all their lowpoly
glory, they easily catch the attention of anybody..!
Then, the next challenge came in: to recreate the cinematic versions of the most iconic characters on his apparitions in the CGI cutscenes of each game.
